The project involved a complete overhaul of the previous tenant's finishes, carefully restoring and rejuvenating the building to its former glory. The renovation included the installation of a new ventilation system, air conditioning, two fully equipped kitchens, as well as new flooring, tiling, metalwork, and bespoke joinery—all thoughtfully designed to complement the building's architectural character.
