Hollywood Editing Suite

Hollywood Film Editor engaged our services to undertake a full strip out of the building, some sympathetic minor alterations to the lised build had to be made.

The iconic Grade II listed property in Charring Cross has now been turned into a premium bespoke editing house with 10 high end editing suites. The whole reform is designed to bring a taste of Hollywood and the films into London.

Restoration of some of the outstanding original design features included levelling very old original floor throughout the building including extreme acoustic separation between rooms, restoration to the original entrance floors, and to the fireplaces. New modern finishes were seamlessly integrated with the existing features to create a modern, yet characterful luxury working environment.

There was complete installation of the entire AC system with adaptions to the exiting electrical and plumbing systems. Bespoke joinery was meticulously designed and installed to compliment the existing building.

This was our first project since incorporation of the business and we are very proud to have maintained a very tidy, well organised site to attain exceptional high standards.
